|Recommended: YesExcellent Property, Great Value For The Price — The vast majority of the services and amenities of 520 Park are truly fantastic. All of the staff I have interacted with, both through the maintenance and leasing office, have been friendly, respectful, and courteous. The units are solid quality and the appliances are great. It seems as though the staff work to bring in a sense of community, though it is admittedly hard to assess in the context of COVID.
My only complaints, which are minor
1. The office staff, while wonderful, can take upwards of 5-6 days to respond to inquiries. A target of 2-3 days would be ideal in my opinion. Granted, some of this may be impacted by COVID-19 policies.
2. I have had multiple maintenance requirements since moving in a few months ago. This, combined with a few observations on how the unit was turned over when I first arrived some features are painted over instead of refinishing, minor amounts of paint on flooring and other unexpected surfaces make it seem as though some sacrifices are made between unit quality and time of turnover. I am assuming the amount of appliance problems are due to the age of the unit being at the first repair cycle . The maintenance staff have been incredibly responsive and fantastic to work with, which significantly minimizes the burden.
|Recommended: YesGreat, Safe Living In Mount Vernon — I stumbled upon this apartment building and was unable to visit in person due to COVID restrictions. The leasing office was great to work with. I did have an issue with one of my appliances in my apartment when I moved in but maintenance was quick to act on it and did a thorough job. Grounds are always kept clean, and I feel very safe in and around the area.

|Recommended: YesLove The Design And Amenities — I love living here. I came upon this property by chance 4 years ago and since then, have really enjoyed everything about it.
My only issue are the parking charges given that the rent is pretty high and the surface lot is open access.

|Recommended: YesPositive Experience — Renting at 520 was my first experience renting an apartment. I really enjoyed the floor plan for a 1br 1bath and I loved the person who toured me, although he no longer works at 520. Those aspects as well as the location sold me on moving in. Overall I have had a really positive experience. The only things that I would change would be I wish they decorated for the holidays, I wish the gym had updated equipment such as new treadmills, a couple peloton bikes, etc. like other WPM properties have. I also have had no problems with the management, the maintenance staff is awesome and extremely friendly. The leasing office staff isn't as friendly and sometimes they don't respond as timely as you would imagine they would, but overall I have really enjoyed my experience at 520 Park.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment In Mount Vernon — I've been living at 520 Park apartments for almost a year now and definitely recommend anyone looking to live in the Mount Vernon area. 520 Park is situated in a great neighborhood, which is close to restaurants, the Inner Harbor, and so much more. The leasing consultants and property managers provide excellent customer service. By far the best I've seen with apartment complexes. Maintenance has always been quick to fix any problems. Unlike most apartments in the Mount Vernon area, 520 Park has surface and garage parking available to its residents.

|Recommended: YesAn Ok Place — My time in Baltimore is going to be limited. I was brought here for an extended project for work that I will last 2 years. 520 Park is by far the best place within the price point. The building is advertised as luxury, but is just standard. It is very nice and well maintained, but nothing in the units are lux.
What I like. The building offers modern style in a convenient location. Building management is friendly. All appliances are energy efficient and work well to keep water and electric costs down Mt. Vernon is a vibrant and safer neighborhood in Baltimore City. It provides easy access to the Harbor and major roadways for convenient commutes. The units offer spacious kitchens with lots of counter and storage space washer dryer walk in closet and a spacious bathroom.
What could improve. delivered packages are not processed and placed in lockers quickly. I waited 48 hours for my latest Amazon order to be processed. The new leasing professional concierge in the office is rude, cold and unpleasant. The previous individual was warm and efficient. There is only an evening attendant in the office a few evenings a week. The building is advertised as secure. It is to an extent. Anyone can gain access through the front door if they pull it hard enough.
Overall my experience here is good.

|Recommended: YesThis Has Been The Best Apartment Experience We Have Had — Living here makes city living easy. We don't ever have to worry about finding a parking spot or having packages stolen thanks to the package lockers. We also feel safe because of the controlled access to the building. Everyone who works here is always professional and helpful.
I also want to particularly thank maintenance who has been flexible with my work schedule. I work a lot of night shifts, and they have always been respectful of the specific times and days it is acceptable for them to enter and deal with problems promptly to respect my altered sleep schedule. It has truly been appreciated.
