|Recommended: YesCentral And Nice — We have moved in since July 2025 and so far everything is nice. We love the walkability to museums and inner harbor, and nice helpful staff. We enjoy the accessible food variety and coffee shops around. Lovely place to be.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment Even Greater Staff — 520 Park has a lot of things going for it.
It is amazing, at all the basic but critical things. I have never seen any bugs, rodents, etc in my time here. There is great security both to access the building and for packages. The AC and heater work perfectly. And I’ve never had any issues with the online portal.
That being said what makes it a great apartment is it never fails to impress. Every single one of the guests that I brought over commented on beautiful and spacious lobby. As well as the massive windows and extremely high ceilings which are also my personal favorites.
But all of this somehow plays second fiddle to the staff. There are a few that I have come to know on a first name basis and I feel that they are genuinely invested in making sure I have a great experience. They are constantly put on events for residents and even give little gift bags for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and etc.
They even got me a hand written card and left it on my door for my birthday
There are some special people that work here and ultimately in my opinion they are the ones that make 520 park 1 of a kind.

|Recommended: YesGoing Downhill — I have lived in the building for 4 years and am moving out as I am taking a job in another city.
Pros
- great apartments. high ceilings, good quality washing machine, washer, dryer, garbage disposal in every unit. Tons of storage space.
- cleanliness. common spaces, hallways, trash rooms are kept in wonderful condition.
- location. centrally located with easy access to all surrounding neighborhoods. Lots of food and drink options within walking distance.
Cons
- noise. Thin walls so you can hear neighbors' phone calls through the walls let alone music and louder occasions. Many residents have dogs that bark day and night and common spaces are often used for get togethers which can run late on weeknights and weekends.
- maintenance. Outstanding before COVID, would respond within two days to any request. Since COVID they simply do not respond to non-emergency requests. I have made three maintenance requests which were cancelled before they were completed. All three elevators in the building have been down for several weeks. The mail room has been out of service for several weeks. All four treadmills in the gym the only machines I use so I don't know about the other equipment have been down for several weeks. Nothing gets done anymore unfortunately.
